Noble Prawn
Founded in 2021 by Lily Benbow, Noble Prawn brings a thoughtful, quietly professional approach to private dining and chef-made food.

Lily trained at the Dublin College of Catering and has spent her life learning through food, from training as a fishmonger at Billingsgate Fish Market, to cooking in Italy and France, and returning to study at the Ballymaloe Cookery School in 2021.
Today, Noble Prawn is a small team of like-minded chefs, led by Lily. Cooking with deep respect for ingredients from land and sea, and for the people who gather around the table, every detail is handled with care, calm service and quiet professionalism.
